Center for Career Education, Development, and Planning Inc. (collectively, "CED&P", “us”, “we”, “our” or the “Program”) operates cedpcenter.org (the “Site”). The Site allows users to find out more about CED&P and its activities, and, in some cases, to participate in interactive activities on the Site. The Site is only for private, informational and entertainment purposes. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data (defined below) we receive from users of the Site.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by:

Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by CED&P or any third party; or
Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Site.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of modified-on date above and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

Information Collection and Use

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
