Education
We believe that education is the best path to helping students unlock what they want to be when they grow up and how to successfully achieve their dream careers, so our activities are designed with this focus in mind.
Foundational Framework
Introducing Structure
We teach students to utilize our Career Process when thinking about their career aspirations. Students follow the seven steps to analyze and create pathways towards a goal. Furthermore, by overlaying individual steps within their career journey with this process, students are empowered to take calculated risks, learn from failures, and reiterate with improvements. Students are also encouraged to apply the process to other goal-oriented undertakings for a structured approach.

CED&P programs cover four essential categories of career education
Essential Categories
CAREER PLANNING
Our programs help students begin exploring their interest and identify what types of careers best fit them. We supplement traditional career introduction classroom instruction with guided exploration of career options across sectors / industries, strategic career planning exercises, industry research prompts, and more.
BUSINESS FUNDAMENTALS

A key component of career readiness is comprehension and mastery of fundamental business concepts. Students have the opportunity to gain an understanding of basic business concepts which can help them discover their areas of interest and acquire essential skills for their future careers. Our program activities enable students to apply a range of business concepts including finance, management, strategy, and marketing.
RECRUITMENT PROFICIENCY

An essential part of attaining career goals is being able to highlight one's strengths and experience regardless if it is a student's first job search or a seasoned professional's tenth. Our resources help students learn how to approach resume and cover letter writing as well as develop basic interview skills. We recognize that students not only need to have basic business skills for the workplace, but also require the skills to successfully acquire the employment opportunities.
PROESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Planning and preparation for a career contributes to students' ability to reach their desired career goals, but the knowledge to be successful in the workplace also ensures they have the best chance to sustain and advance in their careers. Our resources cover essential topics including professionalism, cross-border collaboration, and more.
