The interplay within our ecosystem informs the Leadership Team about areas of concentration and exposes opportunities for CED&P to address. In turn, our Leadership Team is able to leverage specialists to implement high impact results. Our engagement with CED&P's ecosystem is organized into three key functions.

Development

The Business Program team is responsible for the operation of CED&P program activities.

As CED&P program activities are grounded in fundamental business concepts, the Business Program function aggregates and synergizes the collective professional knowledge within our ecosystem to create materials and resources for our students as well as inform the concepts behind our program activities. This function also generates a pipeline of program ideas or opportunities that hold promise in driving value for our participants.

CED&P's Human Capital function maintains the network of educators and industry professionals that sustains our ecosystem approach. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management is a critical component of this function.

This function also identifies CED&P's specific expertise requirements and searches within our ecosystem to match the demand. In addition to managing the existing network, the team supports Business Development function efforts to source the right professionals to grow our ecosystem.

Our Business Development function proactively identifies opportunities for CED&P to grow its ecosystems by building new educator partnerships, source industry talent, and opportunistically engaging with corporate partners.

CED&P has built an expansive and powerful sourcing network of thousands of relationships which we continue to grow and cultivate. Our Business Development team leverages technology to improve sourcing efficiencies and continues to adjust our ecosystem growth strategy to meet new challenges as well as opportunities.
